Fall All-Congregation Brunch

A few years ago a new tradition was established for an all-congregation brunch following a Sunday service in September. The brunch is held at the Ripon College Commons Presidents Room. Along with the opportunity to share a great meal and each other’s fellowship, this event lets us celebrate the beginning of a new church year, review a few accomplishments of the previous year, and look ahead to the coming year. The Moderator shares a few comments, the annual report of the just-concluded year is distributed, and often there is a presentation of some kind by the religious education program, such as a reenactment of their winter Chinese Dragon parade.

All Fellowship members and friends of all ages are encouraged to attend. We enjoy selections from the Ripon College Commons’ Sunday brunch offerings and then gather together in an adjacent room reserved for us. There is no charge to PLUUF members and friends for this event. Directions to the campus from the Fellowship are provided, and carpooling is encouraged!
